Promotion Request Color Code

So as you may notice, many of the titles in this section are in different colors. I ask that no member change the color of their own title in this particular section as the colors will mean different things. There will be 3 different colors used in this forum apart from the default color of the titles.

Default - The default color will be for new request that have been posted by a member.

Cyan - Once an officer has started reviewing and processing the request they will edit the original post and change the title to Cyan. This will signify that an officer has already started looking into the request and making sure that the promotion request is in the approval process. This will be the stage at which promotion boards will take place, along with the rank specific testing.

Green - If the promotion request is approved by the staff they will edit the original post to change the title to green and then lock the topic. They'll then proceed to update the members rank and fill out the Attention to Orders statement in the promotion/demotion forum.

Red - If the promotion is denied for any reason. The officer that denies the request will edit the original post and change the title to red. They'll also either post in the topic the reason for denial or PM the member that requested the promotion to explain why the request was denied. The topic will then be locked.
