Here is a list of all the different ribbons that a member can earn within the clan and what they'll look like. Note that the ribbons will actually appear on your profiles much smaller than the ones shown here.
MEDAL OF HONOR
The Medal of Honor is the highest award in the 501st. In order to receive this award a member can't have any disciplinary action on their service record. The member must be recommended for this award by a Battalion Command level Officer. The other officers will then vote on the nomination. The Medal of Honor will only be awarded if there is a unanimous vote in favor of presenting the award to the member.
DISTINGUISHED SERVICE CROSS
The distinguished service cross will be awarded to those members that would other wise qualify for the medal of honor but only received 80% of the Battalion Command in favor of giving the medal of honor. As with the medal of honor a member must have a clear service record in order to be awarded the Distinguished Service Cross.
DEFENSE DISTINGUISHED SERVICE
This is awarded to a member that has participated in 15 clan matches with the 501st winning. The person should be the top player for the 501st team in at least 5 matches. Note that individual games within the clan match don't count. The overall outcome for the match must be a win for the 501st in order to count towards this award.
ARMY DISTINGUISHED SERVICE
This is awarded for members that participate in 15 clan matches in which they lead the team in at least 5 of the matches. They must also have 1 win on their record. Unlike the Defense Distinguished Service you can receive credit towards this award in matches that weren't won by the 501st.
SILVER STAR
This ribbon is for clan members who through the course of a clan match whether through kills, assist, or going for the objective show a great effort towards the overall team effort that results in a victory for the team during the game.
DEFENSE SUPERIOR SERVICE
This is awarded to members who participate 15 clan matches in which the 501st is the victor. Note that individual games aren't counted towards this ribbon but the overall match.
LEGION OF MERIT
This is awarded to members that distinguish themselves in the battlefield. In order to earn this ribbon a member must get a perfection in a match in which at least one other clan member is playing on that members team. This can either be done in matchmaking or in a clan battle. Other custom games do not count towards receiving this ribbon.
SOLDIERS MEDAL
This is awarded to members who distinguish themselves in the battle by obtaining a k/d of +15 during a game that another clan is playing on that members team. As with the Legion of Merit this must be done in a clan battle or in matchmaking.
BRONZE STAR
This is awarded to members that through kills, assist, or going for the objective show a great effort towards the overall efforts of the team.
PURPLE HEART
This is awarded to any member who sacrifices their K/D spread in order to accomplish the overall objective of the game.
DEFENSE MERITORIOUS SERVICE
This is awarded to a member who participates in at least 3 different clan matches. At least one match must have resulted in a victory. Individual games within the match do not count towards this. The over all match must have been victory.
MERITORIOUS SERVICE MEDAL
This is awarded to members who's service record is clear of any disciplinary action for half a year.
ARMY COMMENDATION MEDAL
This is awarded to a member who has put a lot of effort into improving the 501st whether it be through organizing events, giving suggestions that get implemented into the 501st, etc....
ARMY ACHIEVEMENT
This is awarded to members who in some aspect have shown great personal improvement.
GOOD CONDUCT
This is awarded to members for 2 consecutive months without any disciplinary action on their service record.
NATIONAL DEFENSE SERVICE
This is awarded to members who have participated in 3 clan matches.
ARMED FORCES EXPEDITIONARY SERVICE
This is awarded to members who have participated in a clan match.
ARMED FORCES SERVICE
This is awarded to members who participate in some sort of service activity within their communities. The member must have some sort of way to prove that they participate in the service activity. (Examples of Activities that count towards this ribbon include but aren't limited to: Military, Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, Medical Personnel, Civil Air Patrol, ROTC/JROTC, etc...)
Military Volunteer Service Ribbon
Member who is constantly volunteering to help with different clan events and functions.
OFFICER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Become and officer in the clan.
RECRUITING COMMENDATION
Awarded to members who have recruited 10 members to the clan.
UNITED NATIONS SERVICE
This is awarded to members who have served in an alliance group.
ARMY SUPERIOR UNIT AWARD
This is awarded to a Company Grade unit that has no disciplinary action taken against any of its members for 1 years time. This award may only be worn while the member is still in the unit in question
ARMY MERITORIOUS UNIT AWARD
This is awarded to a company that has no disciplinary action against any of its members for a half a years time. This only continues to be worn while the member is still assigned to the unit in question.
ARMY VALOROUS UNIT AWARD
This is awarded to a platoon that has received no disciplinary action against any of its members for a years time. This is only worn while the member is assigned to the platoon in question.
JOINT MERITORIOUS UNIT
This is awarded to members who had one of the above unit awards and transferred to a different unit.
PRESIDENTIAL UNIT CITATION
This is awarded to the squad that has stood out above the rest for a month. This is worn for 2 months after which it must be re-earned.
NOTE: Unit Awards are only worn so long as the unit continues to meet the criteria for the award being earned.
