| I'd like to bring back the specialty training that we had to help improve people in areas that are useful. Maybe Help for clan matches. Here's a list of trainings that i can offer - Armored Warfare (Tanks, Warthogs, etc.)
I would like to also make a Squad based training to work as a group to build up team skills. Post Suggestions. If anyone would like to create one, message me on xbox so I may approve and help test it out.

| Myself and Sierra can do basic drop training.
I can also do Pilot Training.
However, I do want to make the trainings a little more practical than they used to be.

| If we're talking about combat classes, might I recommend the following:
Recon - Uses basically anything with a scope. Finds a tactical location and provides support to the team by taking stealthy, long range kills and informing the team of enemy tactics.
Assault - Main Infintry, uses anything they can get their hands on, but special weapons are reserved (must give up a prioritised weapon to it's prioritised class on their command). Concentrates on the match objective; i.e. Flag in CTF, Enemy in Team Slayer.
Support - Uses heavy weapons. Fights behind the Assault class, providing heavy support for them, while avoiding damage themselves. Can also assist in eliminating vehicles.
Land Battalion - Primary objective is to find a land vehicle, and provide support for the entire team. If no land vehicles are availible, assume role of Assault class.
Flight Battalion - Same objective as the Land Battalion, but concentrates on air vehicles. If no air vehicles are availible, assume role of Assault class.

| A man is defiantly more proud of himself if he considers himself a specialist in ANYTHING. I'd like to see these come back. I'd be willing to teach Close Quarters Combat, Combat Survivability, and a little Air Assault if needed. But we need to make sure this stays policed and tracked. | |

| I whole heartedly agreement with Hoshk's descriptions. In my Clan we assumed similar roles and functioned with deadly efficiency | |

| I`ve got a decent armor training course, but it needs quite a few people to run it. | |

| No good at snipers...kind of good at medium range.....but all in all my thing is close quarters. Such as the shotgun. My favorite weapon of all time. We should put Close Quarters in there somewhere.... | |

| I would like to work this program out. I'm not really that good at anything, I can snipe ok, my pest strategy is probably CQC. Although I am quite a shot with the Spartan laser in H3. So that would make me support, I guess

| I am willing to help out training ppl in reach with my maps, but I think in the spirit of modernization I am ready to train BF3 squads as well. I can do all classes as well as teamwork/tactical programs. | |
