There is a profile field on everyones account called service record. This field is used by the officers to keep track of promotions, demotions, disciplinary action, and discharges. There will be new regulations set out regarding this section so that this profile field can be more efficiently used.
Promotions: All promotions will be logged in the service record and will under no circumstance be erased from the service record.
Demotions: All demotions will be logged in the service record. Demotions will only be removed if the member appeals their demotion and the demotion is reversed through the appeal process. Reason for demotion should be included with the entry.
Bans: All bans will be logged in the service record. Bans will not be erased unless the decision is reversed via an appeal by court martial.
Warnings: All official warnings will be logged in the service record. Warnings will expire and be removed from the record after 1-2 months provided no similar offenses occur. If similar offense occur the warnings expiration will reset. Warnings for minor issues such as double posting, spam, ect... will result in the entry remaining for 1 month. More serious offenses such as trolling or flaming will result in a 2 month entry.
Discharges: There are 4 types of discharges that will be considered. Honorable Discharge - Member left the clan on good terms and may return at same or close to same rank. Recruit Program Dropout - Given to a recruit that dropout before promotion to Private. Less Than Honorable Discharge - Given to a member who didn't leave on the best of terms but the member would be allowed to return to the clan and put on probationary status. Dishonorable Discharge - Given to a member that committed a serious enough offense to be kicked out of the clan without possibility of returning to the clan's membership. Discharges will never be removed from Service record. Less that honorable and dishonorable discharges must have a reason included on why that status has been given. Discharges status is subject to change after the discharge has been given based on the actions of the person after discharge has been processed.
